1. Your documents

FillSign processes PDF files entirely inside your web browser, on your own device. When you open, fill, sign, or download a document, the file is never transmitted to FillSign's servers or to any third party. We have no copies, no logs of file contents, and no ability to access your documents. Closing the browser tab removes the document from your browser's memory.

2. Signatures

Signatures you draw are held in your browser's memory only for the duration of your session and are embedded into the PDF you download. They are not uploaded or stored by us.

3. Information we collect

We do not require an account and do not collect names, email addresses, or documents. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as page view counts and country-level statistics) to understand overall usage. Such analytics do not identify you personally and do not involve your document content.

4. Payments

If you purchase an optional Pro upgrade in the future, payment is handled by our merchant of record, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. FillSign never sees your full card number.

5. Cookies

FillSign does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your preferences (if any) are stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us.

6. Third-party services

The app loads open-source code libraries from a content delivery network (CDN) so the tool can run in your browser. The CDN may see your IP address as part of serving these files, as is standard for any website. Your documents are not sent to the CDN.

7. Children's privacy

FillSign is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
